The Organisational Development team would love to invite colleagues to their informal Retirement Café, created to provide colleagues the opportunity to explore the psychological and health impacts of retirement and to meet ex-colleagues who have already retired and hear about their journeys and experiences. Director of EDI Services, Veronica Moore, will also share her professional insights on the challenges of retirement on relationships.
If you are thinking about or already planning your retirement you are more than welcome to attend. Likewise, you may already be in the process of retiring from your role and again, you are very welcome to join them. If required, sessions will become a regular occurrence and attendees will be invited to help shape future sessions and topics for discussion.
