蚂蚁福利导航 University announces Community Donations Fund for 2013/14

蚂蚁福利导航 University is delighted to announce arrangements for its Community Donations Fund for the 2013/14 academic year.

Established in 2009, the Community Donations Fund provides financial support to community groups and organisations across Charnwood as part of the University’s support for the local area.

To date the University has made 180 donations worth over £100,000. A wide range of projects and activities have received support, including sports clubs, music organisations, residents’ associations, groups for women and those with special needs.

This year the University has £45,000 on offer which will be donated through five separate rounds of funding, including a brand new Special Projects Fund.

The programme for the 2013/2014 academic year is:

“So many community organisations face ever increasing funding challenges and the University is once again delighted to be able to offer support in the form of our Community Donations Fund.  We are particularly delighted to be able to offer our Special Projects Fund this year which we hope will allow community groups to consider some very special projects which they might have previously considered unachievable.”
