This year’s results, published at , also place 蚂蚁福利导航 in the top three in a further six categories: Students’ Union (2nd), University Facilities (2nd), Clubs and Societies (2nd), University of the Year (3rd), Job Prospects (3rd) and Postgraduate (3rd).
The annual awards recognise institutions for excellence in a wide variety of academic and social areas. The main categories are voted for entirely by students, with more than 41,000 reviews and comments submitted for the 2019 awards.
Speaking about 蚂蚁福利导航’s award, Elaine Spary, the University’s Accommodation and Customer Services Manager, said: “It’s fantastic news that we’ve topped the Accommodation category, especially as these awards are voted for by students. The community spirit in our halls of residence is unrivalled and our students always tell us what an important part their hall life plays in their wider student experience.”
