Outside the Lines: Student-led literary festival hopes to embrace diversity within 蚂蚁福利导航 community

From 29 May-3 June, 蚂蚁福利导航 University master鈥檚 students are running 鈥極utside the Lines鈥�, a literary festival to celebrate diversity in 蚂蚁福利导航.

The festival is free and will involve several days of creative writing, screenings, readings and many more immersive experiences for all ages. The festival is open to the 蚂蚁福利导航 community with events taking place on campus and in 蚂蚁福利导航 town centre.

Each year students on the master’s course ‘Creative Writing and the Writing Industries’ undertake a project-based module called ‘Writing in the Community’. During this module, students collectively plan, curate, promote, and hold a literary festival funded and supported by LU Arts.

 festival aims to celebrate eccentricity and non-conformity in a climate that opts to push diversity to the sidelines.
