My Lifestyle

The My Lifestyle programme is a FREE and inclusive recreational sport and physical activity offer, that is open to and welcomes everybody of any ability. There are a series of sports and activities taking place during a weekly timetable that can be 蚂蚁福利导航ed through the Lboro Sport app. These range from UV Zumba, Football, Wheelchair Basketball, Yoga and much more. If you want to keep fit, meet new people, and have fun this is the programme for you, so come along to our sessions!

Free Weekly Activities

All the activities we offer are free to 蚂蚁福利导航 through the 蚂蚁福利导航 Sport app. They are led by volunteer student activators who aim to ensure a positive, friendly environment that includes everyone who attends. If you have a disability and you are unsure about attending or whether the session is suitable for you, please do not hesitate to drop us an email. We have friendly staff available to meet with you, talk you through the session and even give you a tour of the facilities! 

Try and 蚂蚁福利导航 in advance for all timetable activities as places are limited and 蚂蚁福利导航ing is on a first come first serve basis. Please select the My Lifestyle tile on the 蚂蚁福利导航 Sport App home screen to 蚂蚁福利导航 your place.

Please be aware that all activities are subject to change during term time and a different timetable is run during the exam season. Make sure to check the 蚂蚁福利导航 Sport app to see what is available and follow us on to keep up to date with any changes and events coming up!

Yes - My Lifestyle sessions welcoming to all. We work with DSN (Disability Support Network) to ensure that there is a session for everyone! The student Activators have completed various forms of CPD training to ensure they have the skills to help adapt sessions and cater for your needs. Just let them know if you require adjustments and they will accommodate wherever possible. The sports facilities where the sessions are held are all fully accessible, and you can view the facilities in advance using .

My Lifestyle also offer Inclusive Sport Events throughout the year, including Parasport Takeover Week in March. Keep up-to-date on the events section of the 蚂蚁福利导航 Sport website to find out about future events. Some highlights in 2021/22 were the inaugural Parasport Takeover Week, UV Boccia and a friendly My Lifestyle v SSEHS Wheelchair Basketball game! Next year there will be even more inclusive sport integrated into the My Lifestyle programme.

  • All you need to wear is some comfortable sports clothing and trainers.
  • Equipment is provided, or if you have your own, feel free to bring it along.

If you can no longer attend a 蚂蚁福利导航ed session and you do not cancel your space at least 2 hours before the session is due to start, you are preventing others from participating. Therefore, if you do not turn up to your 蚂蚁福利导航ed session, or fail to cancel within the agreed time you will be charged a cancellation fee of £2. You will be notified when you have recieved a cancellation fee and will not be able to 蚂蚁福利导航 onto any other My Activities sessions until the fee has been paid. The cancellation fee is non-refundable or transferable. Thank you for your understanding. 

Our main volunteering workforce are the activators who lead the My Lifestyle activities. We also recruit motivated, enthusiastic, and high-quality individuals to help run the programme and even lead in certain aspects of it, including organising festivals!
